Delivery Areas
We currently offer shipping services throughout the United Arab Emirates (UAE). For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order.

Shipping Charges & Minimum Order
To qualify for shipping, the total purchase amount must be AED 5,000 or more.
For all qualifying orders, a flat shipping fee of AED 250 will be applied at checkout.
Orders below AED 5,000 are not eligible for shipping and must be collected in-store.

Risk of Loss / Transfer of Responsibility
All items purchased from our store are delivered by a third-party carrier. The risk of loss and title for products transfer to you upon delivery to the provided address. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft after the shipment has been delivered and signed for.
