Overview

Dual 18-inch Touring Subwoofer

The MANCHESTER MS218 is a passive front-loaded subwoofer engineered for touring sound companies and large-format fixed install. Two 18-inch low-frequency drivers in a 3/4-inch marine-grade Baltic birch enclosure deliver the low end for full-range MV-series line array systems, optimised by Lake DSP processing and Lab Gruppen amplification.

Power and Output

The MS218 handles 2,000 W continuous and 8,000 W peak, generating up to 145 dB maximum SPL with extended response from 30 Hz to 95 Hz. The cabinet is finished with a black polyurea coating and a powder-coated steel mesh grille backed with reticulated foam for weather and impact resistance.
