1. About these terms

This website is operated by PURE MINDS FOR LIGHTING EQUIPMENT & REQUISITES TRADING CO.LLC ("Pure Minds", "we", "us"), registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at Office No. 1206, Silver Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By browsing this website, requesting a quotation or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Website content and product information

Product names, images, specifications and technical data shown on this site are provided by the respective manufacturers and are published for reference only. Brand names, logos and product photography remain the property of their owners.

We are an authorised trading and rental partner, not the manufacturer. Specifications may change without notice; always confirm critical details with our team before ordering.

3. Quotations and orders

Prices are not published on this website. Requests submitted through the quote form are enquiries only and do not create a contract.

• Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise on the document.
• An order is confirmed only when we issue a proforma invoice or sales order and it is accepted in writing.
• All prices are quoted in AED and are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated.
• Stock availability is confirmed at the time of order acceptance, not at the time of enquiry.

4. Payment

Unless credit terms have been agreed in writing, payment is due in full before dispatch or delivery. Accepted methods are bank transfer, cheque and approved card payment.

• Goods remain the property of Pure Minds until payment is received in full.
• Overdue invoices may attract interest and suspension of ongoing services.
• Bank charges, customs duties and clearance costs for export orders are borne by the customer.

5. Delivery and installation

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and depend on manufacturer lead times and shipping. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, customs or force majeure.

Site installation is quoted separately and assumes a ready, safe and accessible site with power, access and any required permits provided by the customer.

6. Rental and dry hire

Rental equipment remains the property of Pure Minds at all times and must be returned in the condition supplied.

• A security deposit and valid trade licence or ID may be required before release of equipment.
• The hirer is responsible for loss, theft or damage from the moment of collection or delivery until return and inspection.
• Late returns are charged at the standard daily rate.
• Equipment may not be sub-hired, modified or moved outside the agreed site without written consent.

7. Warranty and returns

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty applicable in the UAE. Warranty claims are handled through us as the supplying partner and require the original invoice.

Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect power supply, water ingress outside the product's IP rating, unauthorised repair or normal wear items such as lamps, fuses, cables and consumables.

Correctly supplied goods may only be returned with prior written approval, unused and in original packaging; a restocking fee may apply. Special-order and custom items are non-returnable.

8. Liability

Our total liability in relation to any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, production time or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

9. Intellectual property

The layout, text and design of this website are owned by Pure Minds. Third-party brand assets are used with reference to the respective manufacturers and remain their property. Content may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
