iP 15BA is the active version of the iP 15B.
Its built-in 3-channel Class D amplifier module (2 × 1000W full range + 2500W sub at 4Ω) lets one iP 15BA drive two iP 8, iP 10, iP 12 or iP 15 tops plus an extra passive iP 15B.
That makes it better than an ordinary satellite system: a single active sub powers a complete stereo sub/satellite rig for bars, restaurants, events and small venues.
